Edutek Solutions, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the a website (the “Service”).

Release of Data

Edutek Solutions, LLC owns and maintains all programs and programming services related to the One to One Plus software. However, the data used and stored in the software remains the property of the school system. Upon termination of use of the service, Edutek Solutions, LLC will provide a copy of all data to the school system.

Data Security

Edutek Solutions, LLC uses reasonable commercial methods and security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We store the information in a database in a secure environment protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted, it is protected with encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Data Incident Disclosure

Though no internet-based solution can guarantee 100% security, to date Edutek Solutions, LLC has never experienced a data breach or compromise of user data. In the event of a data breach, privacy incident, or unauthorized disclosure of data, Edutek Solutions, LLC will immediately notify the school system by email and phone of the incident details.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.

Compliance Training

Edutek Solutions, LLC provides training for employees and third-party sub-contractors related to security and integrity of data stored in the One to One Plus software. Additionally, all employees and third-party contractors sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure compliance related to data security.

Compliance with Laws

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.


The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Google Sign-In

If a user elects to use their Google account to sign in to One to One Plus, we may collect basic information including your Google email address, profile and openid. This information is needed in order to allow Google Sign-In to function as a login method for One to One Plus.

Office 365 Sign-In

If a user elects to use their Office 365  account to sign in to One to One Plus, we may collect basic information including your Office 365 email address and profile. This information is needed in order to allow Office 365 Sign-In to function as a login method for One to One Plus.

Right to Challenge

Any individual approved by the school system maintains the right to challenge the accuracy of data stored in One to One Plus. These challenges should be made in writing to the following address:

The challenge must be accompanied by a document from the school system authorizing the individual to make the challenge on their behalf.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 6, 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
